Here are links that Ive used to heal eczema which is due to Leaky Gut. I believe autophogy is necessary step in trying to heal the body and allowing things to regenerate in the body.

Here is another link on speaking about the effects of leaky gut on the body and measures to take to heal. One of my symptoms was eczema. Going 10days has made a drastic difference in stopping the flare ups. Now my focus is strengthening the digestive tract.
