I love that you broke this down! This is definitely what I’ve been experiencing. I didnt think detoxing my mind and self discipline would be as hard for me as they were. But the evening of day 7 was probably the easiest night so far, I think its because I made it over that hurdle!

Even though I intentionally broke my fast yesterday on Day 7, I will resume fasting tomorrow. I will keep up with the videos. Thanks for providing them.
