I failed my water fast yesterday on day 3 not because of hunger but because I got a really bad headache and leg pain when I woke up and I lasted about an hour later before I ate cause I knew the pain would go away when I did I think the reason this happened was because I did MMA training the day before
OK so I’m planning on started my fast again tomorrow but will not do any training I want to get to 21days does anyone have some advice that could help
