im starting a 30 day fast , i have been using fasting the exercise to lose weight 7 day fasts here and there then i moved to exercise but in a deficit. now im going back to fast but prolonged this time 30 days.
ive been refeeding for.the past 4 days from overtraining i had been exercising for 7 weeks so was still pretty tired as i guess i hadn’t been getting enough sleep
so basically been eating surplus for 4 days thr yesterday i had a full size pizza crisps and tub of icecream im actually still quite hungry.
im in two minds to eat at surplus today as im still quite fatigued dont feel like I’ve fully recovered from 7 week training which consisted of 30 mile bike ride 6 days a week .
tempted to eat at surplus today again and start fast the following day,
not sure if im ready to dive into 30 day fast from not fully recovered… maybe wait a day or two at surplus get some quakity sleep that would be about 6-7 days at surplus
been eating alot of carbs and getting watery looking lol but still oretty fatigued
what do you reckon should i eat at surplus for a day or two and catch up on sleep before i begin this 30 day fast?
