Just need some supportive people for my water fast that i want to do the last couple of weeks of December. I’ve done fasting before, all types.

Hi violin I’ve done only 24 hrs some 16:8 and I think 42 hrs but then I fell pregnant and I want to start again!! When are u planning on starting? I was planning to do one day fast and one day OMAD for the week? Want to do it together? I’m planning on starting from Monday would be glad if I had company lol :slight_smile:

I found it motivating while losing weight last year.

I was as low as 174 not too long ago, so I expect this first round to be easy.

2 days of fasting completed.

I expect/hope that my morning weight tomorrow will be even lower.

More than half way there. Of course this is most likely just because I’m at the beginning of my fast and it will slow down. Very motivating regardless.

I’m in for this. I need something besides the bullhorn in my brain screaming that I’m being dumb for fasting again. Thanks for bumping it Danya!

I haven’t touched the 160s in a dog’s age. I was up 5 lbs after a hellacious final week of tax season, I didn’t fast once. So back down to where I started, hopefully the water weight is gone and I can see the 160s soon.

I think we have more time on tax season this year. I’m not doing anything for another week.

Federal deadline was extended, but most states noped right out of that option. We made it a goal to finish by April 15th per the usual, so of course the whole office is just fried and doing the old man shuffle.

183/173!!! Actually closer to 172. This is re-losing weight that I recently regained but a success none-the-less.
Now on to the next 10lbs goal of 163.
