For the month of Nov, I plan to fast 3 days each week. It will likely be a M/W/F ADF set up. I fasted Saturday, and am fasting today. Feeling good so far.
Hi guys! It’s so nice to see a bunch of people with the same mindset. This forum gives me a lot of motivation. I have been eating mindlessly and gained a lot of weight. I’m just trying to get back on track and get to my old least weight which was 110 pounds.
Stats:
Height : 148 cm
Current weight : 150 lbs
Goal weight : 110 lbs (have more than 10 lbs to lose )
I’m planning to do rolling 72’s starting from today. I’ll be posting my daily stats here.

I’m 24 hours into my fasting now and it feels great. There is no hunger or any discomfort as of now. I will continue to fast till i reach 71 hours of fasting.
My game plan would be fast for 71 hours, refeed for an hour and repeat.

Weight climbed up when I broke a fast after 6 day. Now on day 3 of second fast.

Starting my first water fast in weeks. Just got to stay busy so I don’t mindlessly eat. Thats a big problem I have.
Well, I just spent about 4 solid hours or better in my kitchen today - cleaning cupboards and reorganizing and barely made a dent .
Need to continue on tomorrow.
