The Next 10 lbs (4.6kg) - join anytime! Many rounds

Hello and everyone with 10 or more lbs to drop welcome!

This challenge officially begins the day after american labor day, and goes until you get your next 10 lbs off.

We can post updates with this format:

Miramar: start weight/current weight/ goal weight.

I still have well over 30 lbs to go, but I think breaking down to 10lb intervals sounds less daunting.

Putting this here now to see if there’s any interest. :slightly_smiling_face:

First weigh in next Tuesday after the holiday weekend.

Just post “I’m in” to join.
Follow whatever fasting protocol floats your boat.

I will join. I really like the idea of breaking down in intervals!

I have other challenges to, but this gives me a different way of looking at it.

I still have a number of fasting days to squeeze in before the 22nd, so there’s that and then will be working on this challenge at the same time and add something longer term on the side starting October.

It’ll probably take me over a month for 10lbs.

I get myself non food rewards for completing challenges so bring em on!

Will need to decide on a fabulous prize.

Count me in. I have about 30-35 lbs total to go!

I will weigh myself in the a.m. (Sept 7) when I start Day 1 of my fast.

Confession: I haven’t weighed in forever and I know it’s going to be unpleasant based on my past ten days of stresses.

Thanks for setting this up Miramar.

No problem!

I’m going to have roughly 35 to go as well.

Been averaging over 10 lbs a month up to now, but expecting that may slow as I’ll be increasing my feeding frequency gradually.

End goal is by February for the whole shebang.

We can kick this out together 10 lbs at a time!

Hey! Good call!

I’ll give a weigh in later today. Not sure what time I’m kicking off. Neighbor had bought 50 lbs of oysters and apparently there’s a lot left - so being the responsible neighbor I have to help him with that .

It’s usually somewhere between 4 and 7 in the afternoon when I begin a fast.
My weight will go up on the first day by tomorrow morning as the water increases. That will make me stay in line. We’ll call it giving myself a handicap.

Going to do a 4 day fast next, Monday evening to Friday evening.

Good morning People!

New starter stats for me today as somehow I expected a higher weight to show today and give me a handicap .

178/178/168

10 lbs to go!

My prize is going to be some shells from the shell shop. I saw Xmas ornaments I can make to sell this fall.

I need a new phone too, but trying to hold off till black Friday. I believe this weight will be history by then.

Well you will probably kick my butt!

I’m doing 4 days fast, I refeed Friday night to late Saturday afternoon, then fast till Tuesday - that’s this week’s plan anyway.

I think I need to add a rule for myself that I need to maintain (or go under) that 10lb loss for 5 consecutive days to count.

I do a lot of zig zag on my weight.
