I broke my fast 
I weighed myself and I was disappointed 
I have lost 85 pounds. With all the fasting I thought I would have lost at least 110-120 pounds 
I am not even below 200 pounds. I started at 287. How is the weight loss this slow 
I haven’t been active at all, forgot the last time I even hit my 10,000 steps goal. Bought dumbbells and used them only a few times.
So I kinda know why the weight loss is so slow.
Anyway it’s still a loss but it affected my motivation so much. I will not be fasting again for the rest of the year.
I will focus on nutrition and restart fasting again on January. I still believe and love fasting. I feel so much better and many of the issues I was dealing with before are pretty much gone.
I had severe backpain that used to drive me crazy, that is gone. My acne gone, my brain much sharper and so many other things.
Many clothes no longer fit

That is a huge accomplishment nevertheless. We will reach our goal next year. I am still over 200 pounds last time I checked as I lose a little then put a lot back on. My health prevents weight loss even with fasting this is why I will not weigh until next year now. I don’t want you to be so discouraged that you put on more weight before next year. How about a juice fast some days? I will be doing a daniel fast the second week in January as I do that with my ministry every year.
Give yourself a little break and don’t be too hard on yourself. You have achieved a lot and can get under 200 pounds in December. Thanks for partnering with me and let me know when you are ready and we can make a new plan and mix it up a bit by keeping our body guessing. God bless you

You are right, I don’t want to get back to bad habits this December. I will be doing Omad most of the time except for the holiday season.
Also I want to get back to my 10k steps and dumbbells workouts.
And I am only 3 pounds away from being below 200 
As you do the Daniel fast, I will do a juice fast for the 2nd week of January.
We will get there for sure
