Day 4 ongoing. Getting close.

Day 4 was quite hard for me but got through it.
We are getting there.

Day 5 ongoing. Today seems to be the difficult day for me 
I can’t stop thinking about food. But am too close to quit 
I completely understand.
This fast is harder than the 10 days fast
. We will get there we can break a few hours earlier on Saturday so we can refeed better with more protein and vegetables.
For real, not sure why it’s harder.
Right, we need to focus on the right nutrients this time and going forward during refeeds.
Carbs are always my downfall, but will do better now.
Yes, we need to plan our refeeds properly and make sure get everything we need, also perhaps we need more electrolytes while fasting. I also love carbs, but I have to keep away from it. 
Carbs have a way to make you addicted to them.
I like the idea of planning.
I am reintroducing the fermented staff for gut health. Will be adding kefir, sauerkraut ( no idea how to start loving this
) etc.
I love liver especially cow liver. I love the taste, makes me full fast and for long. But haven’t been eating it for so long. Will re-add it now.

Let’s get healthy 
Sounds good. I only eat chicken and fish so I try to make different chicken dishes in the air fryer also like stir-fry. Curry chicken is good with vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, Thai red/green curry chicken with vegetables, jerk chicken and vegetables etc. I need to start having a lot more protein with more vegetables. Fermented stuff is very healthy so I will try and get some when possible. I also mince chicken and make them into chicken balls/burger and air fry them, you can snack on those with salad.

I also like salmon, mackerel, cod, haddock, seabass, and snapper. we should also include some sardine as they have lots of benefits and we can have it as a snack with some Avocado and eggs. Lots of ideas!

. No matter how I make them, I never ever like them.
Adding all the other staffs to my list 
I also hated broccoli
for years back, but I have started enjoying it especially if you make a nice tasty sauce and pour it over the broccoli.
Yes, the mince chicken is really good and there are lots of recipes on youtube that you can amend to your liking
