Skin & Water Fasting (Healing & Anti-Aging)

I want everyone to share their experiences here regarding the changes they noticed to their skin during the first couple days of water fasting!

We all know the benefits of fasting, the anti-aging miracle that autophagy provides and the fact that it heals scar tissue and inflammation etc. Due to getting rid of old cells, recycling cells and regenerating new ones!

For me, skin always get super clear and smooth and starts to glow, not to mention it’s like free natural Botox.

Bone broth during refeed, especially homemade (boil chicken, bones & chicken feet for the benefits of collagen) is also natural Botox so we should really get in the habit of drinking it every day! My in-laws are Chinese and they drink bone broth broth almost DAILY in Chinese culture! No wonder they age so well! :heart_eyes:

Honestly I should drink it more, during refeed.

I don’t drink broth during a water fast, since that’s not water fasting!

I only take it for 4-5 days after my fast during refeed to wake up my digestive system!

Will try to make it a habit to drink a few times a week on OMAD/keto also because it’s like natural Botox apparently
