Last week I did 4 days water fast. The mental clarity was amazing. I am currently studying for a graduate school admission and I am planning to take my exam in late December. The challenge is, after I broke my fast 3 days ago, I have not been able to obtain the level of mental clarity which I got during the fasting period. As such, my progress in my study has been relatively insignificant. To clarify, this past three days I have been exercising, eating healthily (around 2 meals a day of largely whole foods).
In your experience, is water fasting the only way in which you can obtain that level of mental clarity ? Do you think I should revert back to water fasting again ?
