Im struggling with extreme hunger every time I try to fast, im on day 3 and its really hard.
So I was thinking I could take a medication like Saxenda, which is a weight loss medication that helps suppress hunger for a long period of time.
Is it safe to use during a fast? I know the medication is used for diabetic people too, so if I take it with fasting, I could get hypoglycemic?
