I’m glad you didn’t get hurt worse than that bruise at least! I hope it goes well in church, it sounded very interesting (I’ve never heard of that concept)!
S1E3 40-Day Water Fast & Post-Fast ReFeed Journal
Thank you for your concern regarding the consequences of my fall.
No stress on the speech because I’m not operating under a strict time limit which I would be if I was performing it at a Toastmasters club where I’d be given 5 to 7 minutes with a grace period of an additional 30 seconds.
Congratulations X 1000000000!!! I’m so glad you celebrated, definately worth it!
Thank you
Day 16 of Rebuilding the Body Phase
Highlights:
-
Weight Gain/Loss: 0lbs
-
Blood sugar: 79 - Since medically speaking I’m still classified as a “Pre-Diabetic” I will have to continue monitoring. Only .1 to GO! Unfortunately, the next blood test will be in 5 months and 3 weeks. HA1c, the main blood panel for determining diabetes classification it is an average of blood sugar over 2 to 3 months versus the adult poke stick and blood measuring strip which only measures for the daily reading.
-
Exercise: No walk due to fighting off a cold
Notes:
-
Noticed that by yesterday afternoon I was constantly blowing my nose which indicated to me I was coming down with a cold. It made me realize that its the first time I’ve been sick since before I started my treatment protocol all the way back to August 9th.
-
As a result I took off all food restrictions EXCEPT I kept all eating within the Insulin Sensitivity Zone of wake up time to 3pm. Starting 6am the 1st 3 mini-meals revolved around a cup of coffee (1st & 3rd cup had stevia, the 2nd my cousin made was when I was in the bathroom, but it tasted like he didn’t add anything). Each mini-meal had only carbs with the coffee. This was until 12:15pm when I participated in the weekly church potluck. I had white rice w/teriyaki chicken and beef lasagne for the 1st serving. 2nd serving was only beef lasagne. Started fast period at 1pm.
-
After resting for a couple of hours once I got home seems like my plan worked. No more stuffiness or runny nose. Also the hip bruise from yesterday’s fall is almost healed. I can still feel some soreness when I run my fingers over the affected area. I figure by Tuesday it should be completely healed.
-
Will again NOT take my daily walk tomorrow. I want to be completely recovered from this because I’m champing at the bit to start the next phase, which will be the restoring of core muscles and adding lean muscle mass to the major muscle groups: quads, hamstrings, glutes (Maximus & minimus), pectorals and back. I’m looking at 30 days, 1 week recovery period and then starting a 21-day water fast. However, on the fast I’m going to take it day by day. I NEVER want to go through Keto Breath hell again unless I absolutely have to! LOL
Day 17 of Rebuilding the Body Phase
Highlights:
- Weight loss/gain: 0
- Blood sugar: 74
- Exercise: No walk due to recovery from cold
Notes:
-
Another data point proving that eating during the “Insulin Sensitivity Zone” is the preferred way to go. No weight gain after all the meals and unrestricted eating I did from yesterday.
-
Wrapping up recovery from the cold, a bit of a runny nose that did not need me using a tissue to blow it out. Best thing about last night is I slept for 8 hours! Can’t remember the time I had that much sleep.
-
Went back to my standard go-to 2-meal plan for the day: 1st meal at 7am: coffee w/stevia with carbs and at 10am: 2 cups of Campbell’s Hungry Man Country Vegetable and Beef. Difference is I added a 1/3rd of a cup of cashews to the end of the 2nd meal. Cashews used to one of my favorite snacks even though its been classified as “verboten” for low-card diets due to the fact its classified as a “fruit” instead of a “nut”. My changed taste palate made me no longer care for them, so that takes care of that issue! LOL
-
Will shoot for a 1.8 mile walk tomorrow to evaluate my energy level and see if I’m ready to start the next phase: Restore core muscles and Regrow the Major Muscle Groups. In my head, I already have a fasting/time restricted eating plan and meal plan, in place.
-
1st visible sign (literally LOL) of stem cells addressing ED. Had “morning wood” happen this morning for the 1st time in years. So of course I had to share this funny skit from comedian/actor Robin Williams on Viagra. (Warning: Don’t watch if you don’t care for graphic humor):
https://youtu.be/aFM11SmoxfI
Day 18 of Rebuilding the Body Phase
Highlights:
- Weight loss: 1lb
- Blood sugar: 78
- Exercise: 1.8 miles
- Fast/Time Restricted Eating Pattern for last night to today’s meals:
19:5.
Notes:
-
Regaining my mental endurance. Able to focus on work from between an hour to an hour and a half which was standard for me before I got severely ill on Sept 2010. I’ll go more into detail when I start my new journal “Workouts for Post-Fast 30-days or Longer”.
-
Today’s walk was an evaluation exercise to see if I’m ready to move on to the next phase: Restore & Regrow. Nope. The halfway point was my doctor’s office .9 miles away. I rested longer than I expected. On the way back I stopped at the grocery store for more Vegetable & Beef soup and fresh strawberries. Rested there and had to take 3 more rests on the way home. My conclusion is to shoot for Monday next week to start. I may begin earlier but not after seeing how my body performed this morning.
-
Submitted a detailed status report to the Endocrinologist at the USC Medical School. I compared the blood panels to when I started to when I saw the Physician’s Assistant last Friday. Then I related the lessons I learned and certain important events that happened during the current Rebuilding the Body phase. I look forward to his reply.
-
Since I had my standard “get back on track” meals yesterday, and considering my lack of endurance on the walk I decided to go with a BIG 2nd meal today: Egg, Onion & Cheese Omelet, Italian Sausage and Hash Browns with water. It was just what my body needed. We’ll see if my aerobic endurance improves with tomorrow’s planned 1 mile walk.
Day 19 of Rebuilding the Body Phase
Highlights:
- Weight Gain: 4lbs
- Blood sugar: 76
- Exercise: 1 mile walk
- Fasting/TRE (Timer Restricted Eating) 16:4
Note: Not 24 hours as started Eating after ending fast with walk and
Wanted to get a jump on the next fast due to early start
Tomorrow morning for .6 walk to Toastmasters weekly mtg.
Notes:
-
The 1st half of yesterday’s walk the left foot was stiff and didn’t loosen up until I was only .5 miles from home after leaving the grocery store. Then after my 2nd meal, both ankles got very stiff and it was kinda painful to walk around. I know its NOT gout because the last blood panels showed my Uric Acid level is normal. I think it could be a sign of arthritis and maybe its time to reduce the salt content.
-
This morning’s walk was tiring from a mental standpoint as I had to take 3 breaks on the 1/2 mile walk to the grocery store. Both feet started stiff, especially the left foot. Every step I focused on increasing my stride to increase the range of motion. On the way home, I had full range of motion back and the stiffness was for the most part gone. Took 1 less break on the way back.
-
This morning for the 1st meal I replaced half of the carbs I was eating with a healthier alternative: 4 fresh strawberries to go along with my usual coffee w/stevia and a reduced # of the Himalayan salt potato chips followed 2 hours later with the bigger 2nd meal.
For the remainder of this phase and probably the beginning of the next one my meal plan will be to stick to the daily 2-meal layout. However, I will go “light” and then “heavy” on the size of the 2nd meal by alternating over 2 days. The “light” will be the 2 cans of Campbell’s Hungry Man Vegetable and Beef Soup and the “heavy” will be either the onion, cheese egg omelette, Italian sausage and hash browns or the homemade Steak & Broccoli with white rice. So today was “light” since yesterday’s was “heavy” interested in seeing what the weight scale reports tomorrow. Continue to be VERY happy on my blood sugar readings which seems to be staying in the 70s.
- Had more energy today so I began doing the required research for my book. Also I did a lot of client work. Combined that I gained 4lbs since yesterday (2nd highest overnight weight gain since the start of this treatment protocol) tells me this current phase is just about over as my body’s not burning up the calories to fuel the stem cell conversion process.
I’ll probably work on actually writing down the design of my 1st workout which signals the start of the next phase. I’ve thought about it quite a bit and have looked at a few workout routines on YouTube.
Day 19 of Rebuild the Body phase - Addendum
Was asked to give a speech at the last minute at tomorrow’s Toastmasters meeting. I had planned to make an announcement to the club on my lab and Physician’s Assistant visit and review of results. So I was going to say something anyway. BIG difference though from a 1-minute announcement to a 5-7 minute presentation though. LOL
Just got to look at it as another challenge. Time to get to WORK!
Day 20 of Rebuild the Body Phase
Highlights:
- Weight gain: 1lb (See Note #1)
- Blood sugar: 84 (See Note #2)
- Exercise: 1.8 mile total walked (See Note #3)
- Fast/TRE: 6:9 (See Note #4)
- Unanticipated Scenario (See Note #5)
- How was last minute Toastmasters speech received? (See Note #6)
Notes:
- Had an unanticipated event happen. I got a text from a member of my Toastmasters club asking me to give a speech at the last minute at 7:30pm last night. Since I’ve been very disciplined at not eating anything past 3pm, my body at this point is preparing for sleep and that means the release of the hormone melatonin which signals the pancreas to begin shutting down insulin production. To wake my brain and body up, I broke fast by eating some carbs. I ate Himalayan Salt Potato Chips and Cashews to get me going. It did the job as I worked on my speech for 2 hours. About usual for a 1st draft.
Now yesterday was a “light” day on the 2-day eating rotation and from my previous track record usually I either gain 0lbs or lose a 1lb. This time I gained a pound and I blame that on having to eat carbs in the early evening and disrupting my usual body’s routine. Another data point for proof of the “Insulin Sensitivity Zone”.
-
Blood sugar rose to 84 as a result of eating late at night still in the “normal” range but higher than the last 4 days of being in the 70s. Still VERY happy staying normal.
-
Exercise: .6 mile walk to the Toastmasters meeting this morning. One of the members gave me a lift to my bank. From there I walked .3 to Starbucks which is on the way home. I indulged myself with a Venti Vanilla Latte and a Chocolate Croissant. It was with a sense of nostalgia as I unpacked my iPad and iPhone and hooked up to their Wi-Fi to do client work as I haven’t done something like this since before my health episode in September 2010, so its been more than 9 years. Then packed up and walked the remaining .9 mile home. Only 2 breaks the last .3 miles.
The arthritic symptoms continue to abate. Still had to focus on the left foot on the walk to the Toastmasters meeting to keep stretching it out until I had full range of motion and attain full stride. Feet stiffened up while I was working at Starbucks. Mental and physical fatigue from that was responsible for taking the 2 breaks the last .3 miles to home.
-
Having a short fast due to needing carbs to work on the last minute speech and then getting up early to create a new draft, Extended the feeding period due to having coffee w/stevia and strawberries to wake me up this morning at 4:30am and then getting a late start on the 3rd and final meal, finished at 1:30pm. Decided to stick to the alternating “light” and “heavy” 2 meal plan so in addition to the late start I also had to spend an hour cooking: onion, egg & cheese omelette, Italian sausages and hash browns.
-
Getting the 7:30pm call to prepare a 7 minute speech which required an infusion of carbs. Wasn’t prepared as had NO low-carb snacks available. Now I know and next grocery trip will stock up with items such as fried pork rinds. It’s unanticipated scenarios that explain why hi-tech companies have alpha and beta releases for testing by non-employees. Even then, when I was up in Seattle my best friend worked at Intel. When Microsoft released a new version of the Windows O.S. I’d always call my buddy and ask “Is it sate?” As I never wanted to deal with a real buggy version that required never ending updates. LOL.
-
As I mentioned in my previous post I looked upon it as a challenge to take my 1 minute announcement and expand it out to a 7 minute presentation that also fulfilled a speech requirement on the Toastmasters learning program “Pathways”. The particular pathway the program chose for me through an online evaluation is called “Visionary Leadership”. Makes sense right?
Anyway what I did was I used the 1 minute announcement as the central element comparing my BEFORE lab tests to my AFTER lab tests to help explain how I reached my goal of becoming Medication FREE in 4 months and 5 days. Around it I wrapped another story of how during my treatment protocol I joined an online forum that played a critical part in achieving my goal. The forum gave me opportunities to provide encouragement and answer questions based on losing 47lbs during my completed 40-day water fast that I journaled daily on the forum. This gave me opportunities to work on my “supportive” communications which helped me to become a more well rounded communicator.
The cool thing about this speech assignment in the Visionary Leadership Pathway is going through an online evaluation determining which of the 4 communication styles make up my personal style. The four are “Analytic” meaning “Just the facts, ma’am. Just the facts.” The second being “Direct” as in “Get to point!” The third being “Initiating” or “Have a strong enough “why” and you can figure out the “how” type of optimism and energy. The final and fourth being “Supportive” which is “I welcome your feedback on how we can better collaborate.” As you can imagine on a five point scale with 5 being best my scores are Analytic - 5, Direct - 4, Initiating - 3 and of course for Supportive - A Big Fat Zero. LOL.
I was happy the presentation was well received. In addition, I added a 3 minute Q&A session which was appreciated. Btw, being a member of a morning club pretty much insures that all the members are all Type A personalities. Today’s attending members: an attorney with her own practice, an independent accountant, a retired construction manager, a banker, an electrical engineer starting 2 businesses and a member with an MBA in the process of starting his own business. Good panel to have a Q&A session with to test my mastery of my subject. The Q&A also went well.
Day 21 of Rebuild the Body Phase
Highlights:
- Weight loss: 1lb - (See Note #1)
- Blood sugar: 83 - (See Note #2)
- Exercise: 1 mile walk to grocery store and back - (See Note #3)
- Fasting/TRE: 18:6 - (See Note #4)
Notes:
-
In spite of eating 3 meals: 2 small meals and then ending with a large meal. I lost 1lb. Times I ate: 4:30am, 9am and 1pm. The 2nd small meal was completely BAD (Starbucks Venti Vanilla Latte with a Chocolate Croissant). Yet I LOST 1lb. Another data point on how critical it is to start your time restricting eating as early in the day as possible. At the bottom of this post I’ve posted a video hosted by Dr. Rhonda Patrick with one of Dr Saatchin Panda’s collaborators who gives another perspective on this important topic.
-
Blood sugar still normal. Higher than the 70s but that’s probably due to the last meal being a large one. Since today is a “light” meal today interested in seeing tomorrow’s blood sugar. The 2 meals today were: #1 meal at 7:30am of coffee w/stevia, 4 strawberries and some Himalayan Salt potato chips. #2 and final meal at 10:00am: 2 cans of Campbell’s Hungry Man Vegetable and Beef with some Himalayan Salt potato chips. So fast began at 10:30am.
-
Exercise: Left foot stiff starting out but loosened up after the 1st .1 mile then was at full stride and at a faster pace I haven’t seen since the 40-day fast. Also did the walk to the grocery store, picked up a couple of items and walk back home completed without a single break. Again haven’t done that since the fast. Finally, noticed my energy level was high which I haven’t seen since the fast.
I believe the higher energy level is due to several factors:
- Stem cell conversion is over
- Major organs, GI tract and Brain cleared of dead and senescent cells from fast are operating at maximum efficiency meaning requiring less energy. Only averaging 5 hours of sleep at night but waking up in the morning refreshed and ready for the day.
Similar to having a bunch of apps open on your smartphone that you forgot to close causing your phone’s battery to work harder which you notice as your phone gets hotter to hold. When you close all these apps you no longer need and go through your settings to optimize battery usage your battery life lasts longer and your smartphone no longer overheats.
- So glad to be back at my normal fasting/TRE schedule. Still Wednesday’s unexpected incident was a great learning experience and allowed me to create a contingency plan for something will no doubt happen again. But this time I’ll be prepared.
Here’s the promised video:
Interesting video! I come from a family who has always had very early dinners compared to others, usually around 4 pm, which I’ve gotten used to!
I haven’t really thought about the timing of eating other than that the body benefits from having longer breaks from food!
The concept of the body being more insulin receptive early in the day and insulin production beginning to shutdown 2 hours before sleep works well in conjunction with IF schedules, Time Restricted Eating and OMAD.
Day 22 of Rebuild the Body Phase.
This will be the 2nd to last entry (realized I need to do a final summary journal entry of this phase to wrap things up. LOL) of this specific Daily Journal. I will begin my new one “Alipio’s Post-Fast 30+ day Water Fast Workout Journal” beginning tomorrow.
Highlights:
- Weight loss: 2lbs (See Note #1)
- Blood sugar: 78 (See Note #2)
- Exercise: 1.8 mile walk (See Note #3)
- Fasting/TRE: 24+ hours fast (See Note $4)
Observations:
- I’ve been corresponding with 2 members of this forum, Veronica who just completed a 14-day water fast and Anna who is only 5 days away from completing a 30-day fast, The correspondence is focused on comparing their last days heading into the fast and their experience in the first couple days of ReFeed. Obviously, Anna’s still not into ReFeed but will be soon (once you get this far almost everyone finishes) unless they have a medical emergency as what happened to Bonnie_Blizack who had gotten as far as Day 28 of a 30-Day fast but had to stop because someone in her doctor’s office gave her too high a dose of a medication which caused her to be rushed to Emergency.
Anyway, neither Veronica nor Anna suffered the toxic Keto Breath phenomenon that I began experiencing on Day 17 and by the last 10 or more days was causing me to brush teeth and rinse my mouth out with LIsterine every 3 hours 24/7, Looking at my Journal entries at the time, it started happening when I started having de-toxification events when toxins stored in my belly fat were released when belly fat began to significantly shrink. My hypothesis (no scientific research to back this up) is that the toxins, combined with the ketone acetone, caused this phenomenon. I also had 3 puking episodes near the end. Even though I obviously had nothing solid to throw up, I did expel liquid from my stomach which I believe was the toxins that hadn’t been cycled out of the body through either my breath or urine. I believe this to be true because immediately afterward I felt much better.
-
From my experience from this 40-day and the ending Rebuilding the Body phase, I now differentiate on 2 ways a fast can end based on what the fast’s goals are:
2a. If the goal is fat loss, you can drink black coffee with stevia, herbal tea and ACV (Apple Cider
Vinegar) and NOT break fast. None of these liquids cause a rise in insulin levels which in this
case is what constitutes breaking fast. NOTE: If you ARE suffering from CKD (Chronic Kidney
Disease) Its not recommended you take ACV. Here’s an article on WHY from the University of
Chicago Medical website that explains:
https://www.uchicagomedicine.org/forefront/health-and-wellness-articles/debunking-the-health-benefits-of-apple-cider-vinegar2b. If the goal is to canibilize dead and senescent cells from the major organs and throughout the
body and to crank up stem cell production in the liver you can’t take any of these liquids. Coffee
and herbal tea contain xenobiotics, ingredients not created within our bodies and require the
liver for metabolization. ACV has probiotics that also are metabolized in the liver. My opinion is
that metabolization activity freezes stem cell production and when it restarts may be at a lower
rate of production of stem cells. Also it may temporarily halt the canibilization of those dead and
senescent cells within the liver. Dr Rhonda Patrick in her interview with Dr Saatchin Panda, one
of the research scientists I follow on Twitter, talks on the subject of coffee and herbal tea
breaking a fast. This interview is the reason I did only strict water fasts. Here’s the interview:
https://youtu.be/a_3H876jWmI
Notes:
-
My Go-To Light meal (1st meal: coffee and carbs 2nd meal: 2 cans of Vegetable and Beef soup) never fails! 2lb weight loss. Probably water weight because I was peeing like crazy yesterday. LOL
-
Blood sugar dropped back into the 70s. Again thanks to my Go-To Light meal.
-
I walked to the local Starbucks and this time just had their brewed black coffee with stevia therefore NOT breaking fast (See Observation #2 for the reason). When I entered I was the only one inside, so I talked to the staff and my program. One of the barista’s talked about a T2 diabetic relative whose doctor still believed that T2 diabetes is “incurable”. I told him what I had done, gave him my latest HA1c result resulting in no more daily insulin injections and no more diabetic medication. Also added someone else in the online forum I participate in who completed a 14-day water fast which resulted in an HA1c of 5.8 which caused her primary doctor to drop her diabetic medication.
Ended up sitting next to a former weight lifter and currently a painter. He had overhead my conversation with the baristas when he came in and had questions. Happy I was able to provide good information that dispelled a lot of myths he still believed in from his weight lifting days.
- Reason for writing in 24+ hours for fasting/TRE is I got invited to a cousin’s holiday party being held later today at 3pm, yesterday. I had the coffee at Starbucks this morning and I plan on another cup of black coffee at 1:30pm to rev up my body for the upcoming food feast. I’m not putting in any food restrictions and leave it up to my body. However, I DO plan on stopping all eating at 6pm by adding an alarm to my iPhone to remind me. That way I’ll stay away from the time when the body starts shutting down insulin production. Look forward to seeing the weight scale and blood sugar results tomorrow morning.
I’ve loved reading your posts here on this journal! I’m excited to follow the new one as well!
Thank you. You might want to re-read this Journal entry as I was in the process of editing it when you liked it. I’ve added links to a web article on ACV and other things that weren’t there when you read it.
I’m also looking forward to you joining our little club of people who reached their goal on this forum.
Final summary of Rebuild the Body Phase.
If you have any questions regarding this fast and post-fast refeed. Post on this Journal and I’ll answer.
Lessons:
-
Have support in place for up to 1 week when starting ReFeed after extended Prolonged Water Fast as body will devote most energy to converting stem cells into new cells leaving only enough energy to eat and rest.
-
Hunger mechanism will take several days to fully reactivate so need to schedule meal times the 1st 3 to 4 days post fast.
-
Need to help digestive system by making sure to sit in upright position for an hour to an hour and a half in the beginning.
-
Body has priorities for stem cell conversion:
First Tier: Regrow major organs
Second Tier: Replace dead nerve cells (in my case those in my feet from neuropathy caused by diabetes). Possibly also from retinopathy, but won’t know until Opthamologist appointment in early February.
Third Tier: Arthritis. Personally: feet, ankles and knees.
-
I only did 1 1/2 days of soup
before eating solid food. I felt I could get away with such a short period because I have an iron stomach, I never have digestive problems and I believe I’ve only suffered from 3 involuntary food poisoning incidents my entire life (I’m not counting incidents involving massive amounts of alcohol from my misspent youth LOL). For everyone else, I recommend 5 to 7 days before switching from liquid to solid food.
-
Expect to gain some weight back due to regrowth of major organs, regaining of small loss of lean muscle and water
weight. At the end of the 40-day I lost a total of 47lbs combined with the 34lbs I’ve lost from the start of my customized treatment protocol, back on August 9, came to a Grand Total of 81lbs. I dropped from 278lbs to 197. At the final day of this phase I gained back 13lbs so I’m at 210.
-
If I had to do it over again I would have scheduled my lab tests for 3 weeks after I completed the 40-day to give maximum time for the stem cells to regrow the major organs. As it turned out I originally had my labs scheduled 5 days after I finished the fast and was only able to postpone them to 11 days due to the set doctor’s appointment on the 13th day post fast.
-
Ensure you eat quality protein at the beginning of the switch to solid food to power that stem cell conversion. If you noticed, I almost exclusively ate Vegetable
and Beef
soup during the beginning liquid phase of the ReFeed. I got lucky getting that tray of fresh shredded beef tacos
from a client that lasted for four days. Both types of food required little energy to prepare which was a godsend in the beginning of the ReFeed.
-
Fluctuating energy levels. Expect to have bouts of little sleep to good sleep due to several factors:
A. Transitioning from Ketosis to glucose burning. From my experience it took about 3 days, time length similar to the beginning switching from glucose to Ketosis.
B. Starting on Day 21 (3 weeks since end of fast) noticing increasing energy levels probably due to major organs regrown to original size with healthy new cells. Part of our daily metabolic rate is devoted to maintaining those organs which cleared of all the “dead” weight are at maximum energy efficiency.
This manifests in increasingly longer periods of mental focus also today I noticed during my daily morning walk my pace and stride length are back to where it was during my fast as is my aerobic endurance.
-
G.I. Tract operating at max efficiency. I attribute this to the stem cells restocking new bacteria in the gut biome and to the fact I’m adhering to IF schedules and starting my time restricted eating to when I wake up taking advantage of maximum insulin sensitivity as postulated by Circadian Rhythm research.
-
Changed taste palette. Since Day 14, August 24, I’ve been changing my taste palate. First by breaking my carb/sugar addiction, then 2 weeks of I.F., Time Restricted Eating and OMAD. Finally, a series of increasingly longer Prolonged Fasts starting September 4th ending on November 30th. As a result I trust my body to make healthy choices, when I eat a verboten food it doesn’t kickoff an eating binge and rely on my natural satiety systems to signal when to stop eating instead of having to “count calories.”
-
Your Fasting/Time Restricted Eating pattern will default to your favorite pattern. I noticed this on Day 11. For me it was anywhere between a 18:6 to 20:4 breaking fast either at wake up or after my daily walk. I’ve settled into a daily 2-meal schedule with the 1st meal coffee
fruit
and/or Potato chips. With 1st meal synchronized to greatest insulin sensitivity in the day and having the 2nd more substantial meal with proteins and fats 2 hours later after the morning carbs have burned off seems to work well. Especially since I conducted several stress tests which all proved my hypothesis.
-
FOR GUYS ONLY: ED is also fixed during stem cell conversion. Looks to be in the 3rd tier of priorities for the body.
Good morning
I was curious, when you notate your weight gain, is it a running total? Or is it the actual weight you gained for that day?
Actual weight gain/loss since the day before’s measurement
I really like how thorough you have been! Super helpful and inspirational.
