Hello! This is my first time doing a fast for as long as 8 days, but it’s going great so far, I plan to break it at 190hr and need advice for refeeding stage since I’m very new to all this
This is my plan,
Day 1:
- start with bone broth: 2 cups
- 2+ hours later miso soup
Day 2:
- Bone broth 1 cup
- Miso soup
- Kimchi
- Sauerkraut
- Natto
Day 3:
- Two boiled eggs mushed
- Miso soup with shiitake mushroom
- Mashed ½ avocado
- Kimchi
- blueberries?
Day 4
- Boiled carrots
- Steamed broccoli
- Kimchi
- Sauerkraut
- ½ Avocado
- Mashed 2 boiled eggs
Day 5
- 6 shrimp
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shredded cucumbers
- Full avocado
- Peas
- One soft boiled egg
Is this okay? It would be preferable to stay in ketosis for the first few days too
