Refeeding - beyond food

2 quick questions:

  1. How long before you reintroduce probiotics? (Not just fermented foods but an actual supplement)

  2. More importantly, how long before a large glass of wine is acceptable?

I have never had probiotics, but I have had a lot of wine. Think of alcohol as a big glass of sugar. When is it a good time for a big glass of sugar? Sugar is a killer. Alcohol is also a killer. (At least, it almost killed me.) I will never endorse something that will raise hell with your insulin levels. It is not worth it.

I’m sure probiotics are fine, especially fermented foods. Now alcohol is another story. If you drink it, understand it will hinder your efforts for three days.
