Sorry I couldn’t log in yesterday. I had an amazing refeed with fried chicken, garlic bread and salad.

Its mango and jacckfruit season. I love these two fruits but they contain a lot of sugar. Very tempting

I’m gonna cook a lot of keto stuff and eat very little mango and jackfruit to keep sugars low.
