Peloton Challenge Day 22 (Week 4) 
A little birdie @schmidtsmia told me to juice some organic beets as a pre-workout, so after putting it off all week I finally tried it 

Will be attempting a 30 min Sweat Steady workout in 30 min - waiting for it to kick in as per instructions!
December 9th - 16th 
Currently on a 30 day Peloton Streak!
