  • 7.5 months until my 30th BDAY on July 19

  • Rough day today, Daylight Savings seems to be a pretty gloomy and unnecessary thing… Appears that it’s the point when people struggle to keep their mood afloat.
  • Didn’t feel like it (as usual in the moment), but forced myself on the Peloton Bike and got 45 min sweat session in! Was really working hard to regain control of my mood, feeling much better after sweating and crying it out :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::sparkling_heart:
  • I typically can only fit 20-30 min spin classes in but I was able to get 45 min AND sweat it out and beat my PR (Personal Record) :sparkles: That’s my goals every time, to beat my PR’s which means my endurance, stamina, strength and cardio are improving every day! :sparkling_heart:
  • 45 min Hip Hop Spin Class with Jess King
  • 5 min Cool Down Ride
  • 10 min Light Weights with Tunde (hard)
  • 10 min Peace Meditation :woman_in_lotus_position:t3:
  • 10 min Stretch

December 8th

:sparkles: Peloton Challenge Day 22 (Week 4) :sparkles:

A little birdie @schmidtsmia told me to juice some organic beets as a pre-workout, so after putting it off all week I finally tried it :sparkling_heart::pray:

Will be attempting a 30 min Sweat Steady workout in 30 min - waiting for it to kick in as per instructions!

Currently on a 30 day Peloton Streak!

Kicking butt!

OMAD/2MAD Low-Carb and working out HARD every day!!!

Also been 2.5 months since I started exercising on Oct 1st! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::sparkling_heart:
