NOW 2 nd Time water fasting DAY 1 TARGET 70KG

successfully finished the 21 day challenge water fasting. sep 17 to oct 7 2019

I was 99 kg FAT GUY lOOKING Ugly
before this water fasting i have done 2 month diet AND RUNNING i lost only few kgs 99kg to 94kg
then i decided to do water fasting 94 kg to 80kg with 21 days

i took break i came back to 80 to 88 kg eating again my old habits drinking not even focused on my health.

NOW 2 nd Time water fasting After a month break.

Started last night Sunday (Nov 17) at 10pm.
Height: 164cm
Current Weight: 88kg
Goal Weight: 70kg

Best of luck! Look in to intermittent fasting before you finish the fast. Seems like a good way to control your eating after the fast. If you can do 21 days without eating, you can go 12 hours a day without eating. Bestl

FYI - I am 14 days into a 21 day fast, and have lost 16 pounds. 75/% of it beer gut.

Thank pal I’m actually going to do that. before i start my fasting first week, i did intermediate fasting. after finish water fasting also do intermediate fasting this time. i will but this time no excuse. i have to reach the target weight .
