Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at a 7day water fast. The reason I am doing it is because I have hydronephrosis on my right kidney and they want to operate to see what is causing the blockage. I am hoping this will reset my body 
I am on Day 4 and I have broken out in a rash which initially was on the front of my chest but now it has spread on my shoulders, neck and back and it is super itchy. Any advice on what it could be is appreciated or if anyone has my condition and has any advice please let me know.

How is it now? I read to just let it run its course however I am no expert.
