Day 0: cleaned up my living space and did the pile of laundry that i’ve been procrastinating to do so i wont have to do much chores during the gruelling first 3 days of the water fast! x

why im doing this:
i went through a phase of binge eating during the past month and being in quarantine made me not move a lot and i’ve gained quite a lot of weight and i feel very unhealthy and uncomfortable with myself. this is the fattest i’ve ever been in my life and im just overall unhappy and disappointed with myself so i want to complete at least a week of water fast as a ‘reset button’ and to help myself get back on track and to lose the excess weight and feel comfortable and healthy with myself again. x
This is exactly how i feel and what I said on another chat towards why I’m doing the fast x can we be waterfast buddies ? I really want to be serious on this and I feel you are also are on the same page as me. I have just messed my body on binging and restarting and then binging …im trying to do for 28 days x

I am attempting my first 21 day fast. I have done a 10 day before. I started last night.

Day 1: i felt pretty okay for the first half of the day but as the day went on i started feeling a bit more sluggish. overall it’s still bearable.
Day 2: i was doing assignments and forgot i was doing a water fast and drank a latte so im gonna have to start over again which is unfortunate but anyways let’s do it for real this time
Hey keep it up ur doing so good:) breaking fast is normal like omg i broke mine so many times…lmao . You did so so well because moving past the first day is a hard one. The fact ur forgiving urself and moving on, claps …gotta keep that motive up! X u got this .

Awh thankyou im trying so hard aha. Like some times im peaceful sometimes…like my stomach is rumbling and I’m like …ahHHHH. the struggle is real . But uno pushing forward and just trying to do it one step it at time . I find myself looking at the amount of days for example like id be like oh okay I got 20 days but that’s putting more exhaustion to me . I mean the countdown is great but the days seem so long uno. So im just trying to focus a day by day
