Hello everybody!
I’m Bayle, new to the forum and wanted to try out water fasting as i’ve been having lots of stomach issues lately and after doing some research this seemed like something I should try to ‘restart’ my system.
If anyone has any tips please share them! Would love to get some insight on what to expect and what to do to stay motivated.
Also wondering if anyone drinks black coffee during fasting? Not sure how this could effect my fast but worried about not drinking coffee for a few days and how it might effect me.
but that’s okay.
will be my last day, wanted to try a 3 day fast then next week move on to 5 or 7? Still deciding. Going to switch back to intermittent fasting tomorrow until Monday where I will start my longer fast!

was happy to wake up and see it was just a dream. Feel good today! Don’t feel bad tired, ready to get my day started. No problems here 
but, did get to sleep in so that was a plus! Doesn’t help my cat likes to walk all over me at night for fun. Day 5! I’m so proud of myself for making it, and I honestly feel amazing.
