Good morning! Woke up feeling good :blush: very thirsty this morning. Started off the day with some tea and a tall glass of water! Weight is starting to come off slower (understandable and expected).

Good morning! Feeling good this morning. Although my stomach was growling this morning really loud! Weight is coming off a lot slower this time around than the first but I expected that. Just not as exciting to step on the scale in the AM and see 1-2 lb gone :joy:
