Monday, October 19th - WATER FASTERS DAY 1
(Almost) Day 8 checking in! It was so nice to chill out this weekend and lay low. I’ve been finding I’m actually sleeping a little longer than usual (8.5/9 hours vs. my usual 7/8). Most days I wake up and I feel so energized and not hungry at all. I’m really looking forward to my half way mark which I’ll hit this week. After that, it will be nice milestone mentally
Day 11 checking in. So happy to be more than halfway through. I’m very proud of myself.

6 days to go! Learning more and more each day on how to manage anything uncomfortable that comes up. Very proud of myself.
I’m having some difficulty thinking of a post-fast plan. Mainly because (oddly) thinking of food doesn’t feel so good to me. But also thinking of fasting for longer doesn’t feel good What a pickle.
I plan on, at the very least, doing a week of careful refeed. After that, I’ll be doing IF and low carb (but not keto).
