Monday, October 19th - WATER FASTERS DAY 1

Never too late!

(Almost) Day 8 checking in! :tada: It was so nice to chill out this weekend and lay low. I’ve been finding I’m actually sleeping a little longer than usual (8.5/9 hours vs. my usual 7/8). Most days I wake up and I feel so energized and not hungry at all. I’m really looking forward to my half way mark which I’ll hit this week. After that, it will be nice milestone mentally :blush:

Day 11 checking in. So happy to be more than halfway through. I’m very proud of myself.

6 days to go! Learning more and more each day on how to manage anything uncomfortable that comes up. Very proud of myself.
I’m having some difficulty thinking of a post-fast plan. Mainly because (oddly) thinking of food doesn’t feel so good to me. But also thinking of fasting for longer doesn’t feel good :laughing: What a pickle.
I plan on, at the very least, doing a week of careful refeed. After that, I’ll be doing IF and low carb (but not keto).
