…help!! My weightloss has slowed down… I’m on day 9 of my 40 day Waterfast …what can I do to stay on track?

Define slow down. It’s not unusual for weight loss to taper off or sometimes stall. Sometimes its even a scale like mine that I have determined won’t measure a change of less than one pound making it often appear I’m not losing weight until 1 day later. Logic says if you are in keto state you will lose weight, but the body makes adjustments along the way constantly. Muscle changes, fat adjustments. Just don’t give up. It will be ok.
