Few tips!
For “calorie ballpark” you can click here to enter your height, weight and age to know your BMR “Basal Metabolic Rate” you can also check on the right side where it says “sedentary” etc. for levels of activity. I like to underestimate, so I like to take the “sedentary” number and subtract by about 400-500 calories to eat at a deficit.
For anyone who’s around 5’6 tall I would say around 1400-1500 should be a good OMAD aiming point, and to try to stay under 20-30g of net carbs (and be low-carb/keto) at least most days for best results!)
We start now if you didn’t already! Tomorrow is OMAD.
