Just logged in after a few months away. Tricky times. That said, I have been doing 18/6 off and on (more off, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow).

I’m pleasantly suprised to find I’ve now lost 30 lbs in total. Just done the maths and that’s a third of the way to my goal! So not too bad.

I’ve noticed that my Body Set Weight really does get re-set when I’m fasting. Each time I’ve had to stop fasting my weight hasn’t gone back up. Cool!

That alone gives me motivation - no fast however small is wasted :slightly_smiling_face:
