Just logged in after a few months away. Tricky times. That said, I have been doing 18/6 off and on (more off, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow).

Iā€™m pleasantly suprised to find Iā€™ve now lost 30 lbs in total. Just done the maths and thatā€™s a third of the way to my goal! So not too bad.

Iā€™ve noticed that my Body Set Weight really does get re-set when Iā€™m fasting. Each time Iā€™ve had to stop fasting my weight hasnā€™t gone back up. Cool!

That alone gives me motivation - no fast however small is wasted :slightly_smiling_face:
