Checking in. Nothingās substantially changed since my last post, and we still havenāt moved!
Oh well. Iāll post again when life starts miving again. I hope every one is doing well.

Just logged in after a few months away. Tricky times. That said, I have been doing 18/6 off and on (more off, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow).
Iām pleasantly suprised to find Iāve now lost 30 lbs in total. Just done the maths and thatās a third of the way to my goal! So not too bad.
Iāve noticed that my Body Set Weight really does get re-set when Iām fasting. Each time Iāve had to stop fasting my weight hasnāt gone back up. Cool!
That alone gives me motivation - no fast however small is wasted
