Are you going to 60 or is it a day by day decision? I read when your tongue clears and your natural hunger returns (a sensation in your throat) that is an indicator to break your fast. But I have never gone nearly as long as you have. … yet!

On day 45. I seem to be facing some of the symptoms of iron deficiency, so I’m going to begin supplementing highly filtered bone broth periodically as I feel it would help. I feel great physically and mentally, so I’ll keep riding the coasting wave and continuing fasting for as long as I can go!

On day 46. Still going pretty well. Looked at a couple houses today and loved them both. Making an offer on the top choice and willing to go with the second one if that doesn’t come through, but feeling good about both. Still going strong on the fasting and will keep chugging along!
Congrats on a house purchase. Very exciting!
On day 47. Doing pretty well. Had a pretty busy day yesterday, so I slept in a little for the first time in a while. Other than that, I plan to continue this fast and continue moving forward!
On day 48. Doing pretty good. Things have calmed down a bit, but now I’m having to collect a bunch of paperwork and get things moving along on the house purchase. On day 49. Doing pretty well. I did notice that at the end of 50 days, that comes up to 1200 hours, so I think I may end it there for that good even number and begin a refeed at that point while I am in a rational state of mind. I would like to break the fast while I am feeling good and not break it in some desperate hunger or anything, to ensure that things are done properly. At that point, I’ll transition into a refeed, and possibly continue some sort of fasting plan moving forward. But that pretty much means, just a couple more days to complete!
Carnivore and Keto-carnivore is my favorite way of eating for my mental and physical state. I feel my best with those approaches… especially Carnivore.
My end goal is to 100% break my reliance on Carbs.
AMAZING WORK ON YOUR FAST!!! You are definitely one of the LONGEST I have ever seen, so far. Kudos to you!! Thanks for all the updates + the video updates!!
On day 50. The last day of my fast is today. I decided I will be breaking at 7pm CST which will come out to 1200 hours. It’s been a fun crazy journey and I almost don’t want to end it here, but I think I should definitely do it while in the right state of mind. I’ll be doing a gentle refeed starting with something small and maybe going with something more solid within the hour depending on how I feel by then. I’ll just listen to my body as I go about this and keep it going. After the refeeding period, I’ll probably switch to an ADF plan of some sort for a while until I reach where I want to be! I will post a video after the official ending of the fast as an update! Good Luck everyone!

My vote is for bone broth - and stay near the bathroom. Well done veggies boiled in bone broth are good too.
Completed day 50 yesterday. Started my refeed at 7pm when it hit the 1200 hour mark. It has been quite a journey and one that has me wondering where to go from here in a weird way. I guess I will go with a refeed for a few days and just kind of see how I feel after a few days. I’m thinking of a possible ADF refeed, so I may end up skipping food altogether and possibly making more bone broth for the rest of the refeed as well. After that, we’ll see what kind of damage was done on my weight with the water weight regain and determine what I want to do from there.
