Hi all… Im on Day 3. Today I tried styling my hair, I usually go to the hair salon but now with the semi-lockdown, grooming places are not opened yet… it took me more than an hour but yeah not bad. I liked it. How’s everyone doing? Happy Fasting.
16 hours into my fast. Feeling pretty good. Worked out for an hour… this is really the time to workout. It keeps getting difficult to workout each day into the fast.
I dropped of all my instant food and snacks at sisters place…

I’m definitely in!! Been struggling with emotional eating I feel since all of this COVID and stress of work, homeschooling and cabin fever. Keep trying fasts only to give in the next day. Ready to take this on and some accountability please!!! Goal is to end emotional eating and to drop 5 -7 lbs!!! Last meal was yesterday @ 5 pm! Can’t wait for some support and motivation from the group!!! We got this!!!
75 hours in…Wonder when will this food thoughts will ever go away…
I don’t think they will go away anytime soon I had cravings even after 10 days. You just gotta will through them.
Yeah… Phew especially when Ive been binge eating during the quarantine… The struggle is real but its worth it… Its a daily battle…
Officially moved into day 2 of my water fast!
Today you can expect:
You might feel like “uhhhhh if I can’t eat then this is too hard and life is too hard and there’s no point in living and I want to stay out of shape forever so I can eat” That’s your mind throwing a temper tantrum and it gets easier!

How’s everyone holding up???
Almost 40 hours in and feeling good! Doing some spring deep cleaning since I’m trapped at home anyways. Thinking of choosing one room to purge and reorganize each day and thinking it might help distract me from the fasting. What do you do to pass the time while fasting?
Day 1 for me I’m 13 hours In it’s so much harder during quarantine because your in the house 24 hours and your only sleeping 6-8 of those hours in comparison to if you had work your brain won’t think about fasting ur thinking about completing your work , I keep thinking about snacking on something
