That’s why we have this one here that’s accessible to everyone regardless of time zone and regardless of status!! I will always try to run free ones along with it!! Hello Everyone :slightly_smiling_face: I just joined today and look very forward to participating in the 7 day fast beginning Friday!! I’ve practiced OMAD, 48 hr & 72 hr fasts many times since October 2019 and managed to lose 50 pounds but have struggled and gained back some of my weight in the past 3 months. Extremely happy to have found Yasemin & Fast Forward to Health on YouTube this morning:) Was exactly what I needed! Thank you all for being here xx

Im in again…:heart_eyes_cat: I just completed Day 2 - 56hours in. Im really hoping i can do a prolonged fasting. The hunger pangs are still there, it should get better after Day 4. What else are you guys doing to distract yourself from food. I cannot fail this fast.

Hi everyone, I am so excited to participate with you all. I’ve always tried to do an extended fast but have not been able to go more than 24 hours. I have been doing omad for the whole week. So I am excited to transition into an extended one. I wish everyone the best of luck. I know the support will keep us all going. We will all receive great results😘 Good luck!

Hi everyone! Looking forward to this fast and having a community to do it with! The longest I have done is 5 days but then for me I think it’s just accountability. If I know I have other people with me to motivate each other I think I can do it! Hoping to do an extended fast of 21 days.

It’s almost 12 here. I’ve started my fast! It’s my second fast in last 30 days. I’ve successfully completed 15 days fast on 27th April. Excited! Good luck everyone!

Hey everyone! I’m excited to be participating in this 7 day fast with you all. I’ve completed several extended fasts in the past, 10 days being my longest. My intention with this fast is to jumpstart my weightloss and to break some unhealthy eating patterns that have emerged since the beginning of the pandemic. It’s a little after 3pm and I’ve just had my last meal. Let’s gooooo!!

I’m in. I started a 30 day fast and I’m currently on day 4. I’ve done a couple 14 day fasts this past year. I’m trying to cut down that final 20-30 pounds to get to my goal weight. Getting past day 2-3 is the worst. Feeling pretty good today.
