I just joined today and look very forward to participating in the 7 day fast beginning Friday!! I’ve practiced OMAD, 48 hr & 72 hr fasts many times since October 2019 and managed to lose 50 pounds but have struggled and gained back some of my weight in the past 3 months. Extremely happy to have found Yasemin & Fast Forward to Health on YouTube this morning:) Was exactly what I needed! Thank you all for being here xx
I just completed Day 2 - 56hours in. Im really hoping i can do a prolonged fasting. The hunger pangs are still there, it should get better after Day 4. What else are you guys doing to distract yourself from food. I cannot fail this fast.
