Yes… Im 38 hours in… Its Day 2… Hunger pangs are still there but im determined to complete this fast. My current mantra is " Food can wait. Food can wait. Food can wait". Thank you @Yasemin
I hope everyone is doing well. I’m 32 hours in and am really pleased as I have struggled to get past 24 hours but am feeling rubbish! I’ve taken electrolytes and hopefully they’ll help but I feel really nauseous and shaky. Any advice?! X
I am 34hrs into my fast. Just waking up from bed and looking forward to another beautiful day. Before I forget, had difficulties sleeping last night.
I’m terribly SORRY all… I broke my fast after 46 hours… I feel horrible but Im not giving up. Ive restarted my fast. So sorry all… I promise to complete the fast this round.

I broke mine too. I began to shake uncontrollably and felt nauseous and couldn’t walk. I think it was my blood sugar levels dropping too low. I’m on my own with 3 kids and didn’t feel responsible. I’m deciding what to do as I wonder if I need some time carb cutting before doing a full fast
Try on omad with keto… Its really helpful

Are you okay? You can tru ADF if you’ feel comfortable abs stay away from carbs! Keep pushing for 7 days with little optional crutches, less than 500 calories, mainly fat try like that to kickstart your journey. Are you feeling a bit better now?

Thank you for your support. I feel a lot better now but it shook me up a bit as I was all prepared with supplements and have done OMAD for a few days so I thought I was ready. Is ADF Alternate day fasting? That sounds like a good strategy with the 500 calories and fats
