@Jewell The only thing I can think of is maybe you need more electrolytes??? I mix mine in water and drink half in the morning and the other half around 6 pm. The only difference is I add baking soda (aluminum free…Bob Mills brand). I add a teaspoon of that to my water.
I read that the weakness is due to your body changing energy resources, so hopefully, once it starts using the fat as storage your energy will increase. I hope it does. Please get some rest if you can and keep us updated. 



That being said, today will be my 5th day fasting, and I really feel ok! I feel mentally totally alert and amazing, and the weakness I feel physically I’m willing to explore a bit more-- maybe I’ll go for a bike ride today and see what happens.
