Hey I’m in too! I am in isolation with my kids and have been eating rubbish I’m such a hypocrite as I make our meals from scratch… lentils, kidney beans, vegetables, sugar free baking … and their snacks are fruit or a bowl of mixed vegetables, while without them knowing last week I kept myself going on Haribos, chocolate and the odd glass of wine when the little one was in bed. It has got to the point I’m missing out the meals and just having the snacks and I’m going from sugar hit to sugar hit. It’s not good and today I’m in the headspace to turn it around. Last week I tried to put in a routine but in the end it was all about handling their emotions… one a cancelled Birthday party and another realising she is never going back to her beloved school or doing exams. This week it’s all calmer and we’ve got a routine ready for home schooling
and exercise and times to eat as at the moment two of them are constantly saying “I’m hungry.”
I’m looking forward to the structure.
So I have meals planned for OMAD for this week then I’ll go to full fasting with no set duration atm.

Starting as well for 5-7 days. Did a 4 day fast last week. Want to do fasting on a weekly basis until I reach goal weight… longest I’ve gone is 10 days.
Hi all! First time posting here! I’ve done a couple 3 day fasts over the past year but have the gumption to do a 21 day fast starting tomorrow anyone else reaching for 21?
I am currently into 30hr 28mins fast. I am planning to go for 7days. I plan to continue to drink, take Himalayan salt when necessary. I am also determined to go past my usual 3days. I will check in every day.
I’m in! From my original post I’m just wanting to feel and look better. I know I’ll be having a wedding in a year or so so I’m wanting to get my butt moving now. I plan on starting for 10 days but really hoping to get to 21. I plan on lots of cleaning and playing a new card game I learned hand and foot. Seriously addicting. I started last night at 7pm. Here’s to day 1!

Hi all , I am on day 2. Almost 39 hrs into fasting . Last time was better. Splitting headaches from day 1 this time
I am experiencing the same this time. Terrible headaches, sore throat, on and off and body aches. Whatever is happening I know fasting will help us, take it one day at a time and see how we get on.
Drink more of water as that helps with headaches…even warm water is good.
I want to do a 14 day water fast and starting today. I have 14 pounds to lose. We are doing projects around the house to keep busy and I am doing work out videos and walking.
As i was having severe headache, I had my food and truly speaking… I didn’t enjoyed my food at all

I’m roughly 32 hours in. Planning to do a minI’m I’m of 7 days and see how I feel then. Would love to be able to do 21. The longest I’ve fasted before, on just water, is 5 days. I’ve completed the master cleanse several times too.
