I am on Day 2 of my water fast. This time I’m thinking of going longer.
In these 10-15 days I gained back around 4 kgs which was expected. Feeling confident now that I can fast longer and better this time…
I had this drink yesterday, mixed 2 tsp ACV, 4 tsp lemon, salt, and stevia in one cup of water. That concentration was so delicious… Now that’s my go to mocktail for water fasts! You should try it too, I think you’ll like it !

That’s great! Well done so far, please send me a picture of your stevia, I have everything else apart from the stevia. I tried a liquid stevia years ago and didn’t like it. I can look for the make that you have if send the details. Thanks
This is what it looks like. I use only one pellet per cup. You can use xylitol or any other artificial sweetener in its place

Yes its called Sugarfree Green. You can try any zero calorie artificial sugar which works for you.
I have tried some in the past and I didn’t like them both stevia and another sweetener. All stevia seems to taste different that is why I wanted your make. It’s fine I am still searching and looking at reviews. I will check in tomorrow .
I agree. I dont like stevia with coffee. It makes the coffee taste very bitter but it goes well with lemon.
For coffee I use SugarFree Natura. Some artificial sugars are not supposed to be heated. Sugarfree Natura is safe with hot coffee and Isn’t that bad. You can look up for artificial sweetners with same composition in your country.
Thanks, I only drink coffee black, I just had a look in my cupboard because I remember buying a few things a year ago to help with fasting. I found a tub of keto electrolyte drink it has potassium, lemon, magnesium, pink salt and sweetener. I will try using that, it should taste like lemonade. Have a good day.

I’m doing well. I’m actually travelling since last week, so trying to maintain fast and if not i Eat keto meal.
I will be back home on saturday.Will be starting 21 day fast on sunday. Till then I’m fasting- keto-ing but not counting.
Starting a 100 Day Fast.
I will be having bonebroth and ketogenic meal (OMAD) after day 20 for a couple of days and go back to 20 days water fast.
Day 0: Starting weight: 85.5 kgs

I will be cheering you on, I will also be starting my fast today Sunday after dinner. Let’s encourage each other👏🏾. I will be going as long as possible and I have bone broth ready also for whenever it is needed. If I have to refeed I will only do low carb and get back on straight away. I have a wedding late March to attend, so hoping to weigh much less and continue fasting after. We can do this, one day at a time. I will check in after I start day 1.

It went easily. Today and tomorrow will be difficult. These two days are always difficult for me. Hope this time its successful. Will be exercising from tomorrow

Going easy as of now. No hunger or cravings
Slept really well. Love the quality of sleep when on a fast
Day 4: 83.1
I determined to make this the longest fast so far.
I love the energy and the ability to concentrate in fasted state.
