Day 1 done, not bad I’ve been in bed all day due to body aches and sore throat. I did some volunteer work all day Saturday. Well time to get some rest.

Good job Btw, instead of creating new topic everyday, you should add your update as a reply in your daily journal topic, so everything’s in one place.

Day 2 over:white_check_mark:, hello day 3. I’m feeling pretty good, yesterday kept myself busy with cleaning house, folding laundry, bathing kids. Brushed my teeth so I wouldn’t be tempted to eat. Going strong .
Day 3 almost over !! Feeling pretty good, not hungry, not feeling cranky yet. Only thing, my tummy has been a little upset, I’ve been feeling bloated. Going to go take my magnesium pills, shower kiddos and me, watch a little TV and call it quits by 9 PM.
Woohoo day 5🥳! Day 4 was a little hard, I did get hungry around 2 PM. I drank water, got busy at work. Still it was in the back of my mind. Told myself food will be there when you finish fast, you don’t need it. I was able to push through it. I hope day 5 will be better. I’ve also been tempted to weigh myself, just to see the number on scale. I will wait until Sunday.
Day 6
Made pass day 5:smiley_cat:, took kiddos trick or treating no temptation to get candy from their buckets. I was given a treat and it was water from one of the house. I didn’t feel hungry, I was extra busy at work. I’m so close to my one week mark, than 7 more days. I don’t know if I will add more days after 14 day mark, we will see how I feel. I do want to break fast correctly and enjoy Thanksgiving with my family.
Day 7, I made to day 7! Alright, I’m half way there. Feeling good, I don’t have time today to be tired we have a school event, than kid party. No time for eating just drinking. I haven’t weighed in either only because Flow came in yesterday, so until I dont feel bloated.

Day 9, the weekend is rough for me, but we got through it. 5 more days, almost there. Feeling really good, still thinking of doing one more week or adding 5 days .

Day 10, I’ve been trying to keep myself busy at home. It has gotten easy, but I do find myself saying " you know what that taste like" and “this food will be there when you stop fasting”. It’s a mental challenge, 4 more days.
Day 11, 3 more days !! Feeling good, I will break fast on Saturday and Sunday. I will restart on Monday for only 7 days. After my 7 day fast, I will refeed and eat OMAD with low carb. I want to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. I will do another 14 day fast in December. I’ve been wanting to weigh myself but haven’t. I will soon.

Today is my day 14, I’m done woohoo! Going to start on some bone broth and little bit of avocado. I did weigh myself I lost 14lbs. I think I will start doing OMAD, this week.
