I stopped eating on Saturday 10/26 at 8 PM. My official weight is 226 lbs :woman_facepalming:t2::woman_shrugging:t2:. I want to get down to 1derland before 2019 is over. My why is to feel good about myself and not always feel uncomfortable. My first goal is to get under 200, 2nd goal is to be150 lbs, and my ultimate ultimate goal is to be 130-140 lbs.

L. You got this! Don’t give up, if you find yourself falling off the wagon, get right back on and continue strong. Tell yourself you can do this and just do it! We are right here with you.
