I’d like to go for 7 days. Obviously there aren’t any other rules to it as we support all kinds of fasting. I myself will be doing a water fast for the duration. My goal is to clear out some toxins and to lose 5 - 10 pounds!! If you’re joining let me know your goals!! We can keep track in this thread or in the journals like normal.

The last meal would be on the 10th as late as you want. I usually do 7pm.

Hi everyone. I just signed up today, but i’m on my 2nd day of water fasting. I’m 31 yrs old, 5’2 in height and 141 pounds. I’m want to do a 21-23 days water fasting. Hopefully by feb 28 i already lose all my unwanted fats. Good luck and God bless us all.

Welcome to our community!!! Have you ever done any fasting before? :heart_eyes: I recommend to slowly ease into it for best success so intermittent fasting > low carb > work your way up to extended fasts slowly!

Remember it’s a lifestyle not a race :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I’m happy to join, even though I started yesterday already.

My plan is 20 days.
Reasons: heal egzema, heal old injuries, improve joints flexibility (through removal of toxins from tissues), improve general health. I’m especially curious about the autophagy.
Some weight loss will be a bonus, but I’m not too fussed about it.

Hi I am starting a water fast since last night a bit before midnight. I am looking to water fast for a few days, open ended at the moment. I am looking to maintain the water fast for at least 5 days. Wishing everyone a happy fast!

Hi everyone, I just came across this and I will be doing a water fast for 14 days. I last ate yesterday 10th Feb. I’m doing it to lose weight and fit in my nice clothes again!

I managed a 7 day water fast last year but haven’t been able to do it again even though I’ve tried a few times. Hopefully being amongst others doing it will keep me motivated!

These are pretty similar to my goals. I’ve also got pit edema I’m trying to correct. Right now I’ve got nearly 20 pounds of fluid on my body. I’m hoping to rapidly get the fluid off. We shall see. I’m wishing you luck with your goals and am happy to see you participate.

I’m currently doing an open ended fast myself depending on how much I can keep my family off my back. I mainly want to get some fluid off of my body.

Hey!! I’m there with you here’s to keeping everyone encouraged. If you can’t stick to a full 7 try alternate day fasting for 14, or omad. Both are pretty beneficial for weightloss. Though (as far as I know) extended is the best for healing and health benefits not related to weightloss.

I am currently in my day 4.
Yesterday I was struggling a bit, but training took my mind off food.

Today is not too good. I am extremely hungry, think of food very often, a bit lightheaded, loose focus easily and make lots of typos. Energy level is ok, but I am irritated.
