Ahhhh that sounds awful!!! So sorry you had to go through that insane injury!
We can manifest some healing, and believe that the fast will heal you and tell your body that it is a strong, capable healing machine!!! 


In terms of weight loss, the best perspective to put it in is - it didn’t take 4 days to put on the weight, so it’s crazy for us to assume that we will lose SO MUCH in 4 days!!!
I roll my eyes every time someone says to be patient, but after 18 months of consistency and up and downs, and about to hit that -100lb mark this week - we just really have to remember PATIENCE & CONSISTENCY - the up and downs and relapses, and good days and bad days, and carb days and fast days and sugar days, and bloated days and water retention days and hormone days and comfort eating days they will alllllll happen whether we like it or not, so we need to give ourselves TIME!
At the end of the day, a big portion of the “weight” lost at the beginning of a fast is water weight anyway so better we don’t focus on how fast the scale goes down because it’s not the actual fat loss anyway!!!
The rule of thumb is - we are not aliens, therefore we need SOME SORT of fuel/energy to function and if we are fasting and not consuming calories then our body NEEDS to be finding an alternative source of fuel! (The gourmet meal on our body aka fat stores!!!) If it is not consuming our fat stores, then that means we as humans are functioning off no fuel, which means that our body can function without a source of energy and that alone will solve the world’s energy crisis 
so I promise you, we are not aliens, don’t worry about the scale too much, your body is cannibalizing those fat stores and fat cells like a little Pac-Man in our bodies!!! Patience and my favourite quote “Trust the Process”

Also in terms of conception for the future: manifest that too!!! Manifest it! Cutting sugar is a BIG way many people end up conceiving in the long run, there’s this whole phenomena called “keto babies” where people cut sugar for a while and BOOM !!! So keep manifesting!!! We have people in our community who are super fit and took a while and finally their time came 
yours will too, sending some much love and baby dust for when you’re ready to try again in the future!!!

- Pre-Conceptoon Fast
- Trust the process
- Be patient
- Manifest everything that you want
- Tell yourself “I am lucky, and everything will work out for me” (Law of Attraction is powerful)
- The weight will come off it’s a bonus
- My body is a self-healing machine if I give it the time/space/resources (fasting / no sugar) that it needs in order to operate and function at its peak performance
This is the importance of writing everything down and identifying our WHYS!!!
It’s currently 4:30am - Having a little bit of sleeplessness but I remember that it’s all worth it in the end - and remembering my WHYs keeps me in bed rather than jumping into the kitchen for a middle of the night snacky snack
