About the :poop: question, I had that problem a couple if times too. I think maybe your system is just expelling what is left. Just make sure you’re drinking plenty of water.

I had my 3 reefed days and now I am back on another fast.
Day one.
7 days at least this time. I have learned that I need to control my reefed better, especially the first day when I started eating I could barely stop. In the first day, I ended up eating 2 meals and some snacks in between :sweat_smile: 2nd day I had good healthy OMAD, 3d day I had some healthy-ish cookies and meal in a restaurant chicken/rice and soup. Maybe because of the rice I have my scale going up this morning.
Anyway, I hope I will do much better next time around.

I understand what I should be eating, but it was very hard to control myself, I saw some food and needed to grab and eat it🤣
