Just think hard about the shot. It was very painful, and the effects only lasted a day or two. The shot pain was worse than any relief that came out of it. :disappointed:

Day one of the fast :smile: I’m feeling good this morning, it is nice to see the number go down slowly, I know some is the water weight, but still, it is something on the positive side.

My second day of the fast, feeling good. I and my sister have one favourite coffee shop where we like to go, this morning we went there for breakfast, I had green tea while she had omelette and coffee. It’s ok, I didn’t even want it that much😅

The third day of the fast, I feel good, just had a bit of stomach growling this morning :sweat_smile:
Yesterday I was looking up some keto cake and cookie recipes, my body is not feeling the hunger much, but the mind this about it. I try to distract myself with something else that’s not food.
I bought the keto sticks, looks like it came out as high.


Also, I got The Obesity Code by Jason Fung. Looks like it could be a good read.

Day four of the fast. Yesterday I had some mild stomach pains, but this morning I’m feeling better.

Day five of the fast. Will break my fast today with chicken broth and cauliflower mash, as I have reached my 5-day goal :laughing: I am happy that I did it. :muscle:
Next, I’m thinking to do 3 days reefed and after do a 7 day fast.
I think I am getting some side effect when I go past day 3. Feels like I need to go for nr2 multiple times a day and when I go there is barely anything, but the feeling is weird :astonished: Help :scream:

Chicken broth, some cabbage and cauliflower/broccoli mash. And one cookie for desert🤭 It now tasted too sweet to me and I could eat only one before it would be some two or three.
