hi monique !! thank you and congrats on 10! 13 days is so so amazing! iām super proud of you! i isolated from my friends which is super hard and lonely. my family just thinks iām on a diet, luckily they support that and donāt tempt me. it isnāt easy when it comes to my friends, they wonder why im being anti social but they could peer pressure me to eat a full coarse meal in one look having school finals gives me an excuse to keep myself in the house and im very thankful that i have the time and space to fast in the comfort of my home. wishing you the best on your refeed :))

Awesome!! I did 11 and ended my fast. I could have kept going but too many things started getting in the way. I am super proud of having done it. I know I will be aiming for another long fast next month. Keep up the great work
Definitely a hump⦠felt so nauseous on 3rd day with intense hunger⦠but day 4 started settling and feel much better today day 5. Thank youā¦.

just finished day 16 itās getting so much easier to be around food. my energy is bettering and i only feel nauseous once or twice a day for about 20 mins. i do get tempted to end my fast sometimes, but i made these green tea popsicles that keep me biting on something LOL. my main problem is the days feel like theyāre dragging onnnn, i get super bored and thatās when i consider just quitting. iām not feeling hungry, iām just craving chewing on food i guess

Itās been a while since Iāve re-challenged myselfā¦
IāM IN!
Iāve done up my fasting calendar and will be starting my 7 day water fast on 14 June!
5 Whys:
- Reduce body inflammation, allergies and bloating
- Reduce body fat by 5-10%, Iām in a moderately unhealthy range because of the food and sedentary lifestyle
- Lose at least 4kg of weight (52 to 48kg) for my upcoming health checkup in 2 weeks time, and another next month
- Fit into my pants and look glowing? hahaha
- Prove to my family that water fasting is a health choice and a test of willpower
Seeing everyoneās posts are so motivating, knowing that Iām not alone! Will be posting for accountability and consistency!

decided to refeed today i did 17 days and iām super proud. i went from 150 to 133. iām not yet in my goal weight so i will continue my fast starting tomorrow for another 7 days
