With Yasmin’s help I am working on atleast 15 day fast, cutting away from sugar, as well as working on reFeeding habits. :blue_heart::black_heart::green_heart::purple_heart:
At 192 today, bloated and a mess. :sob::smirk::rofl: But, know with support I’ll ride this wave come out on top! :call_me_hand::muscle:
I was 267, and have experience in fasting.

I workout 4 days out of the week, use potassium, biotin, magnesium and apple cider vinegar. :sunflower::blush:

Make sure you stick post it’s around the house with some motivational words and positive affirmations and every day, come write down your mini goal and your “WHY” in a journal + a positive affirmation! Law of attraction!

Day 2 underway, not feeling bad, just a smidge nauseous but drinking my coffee and water. Doing a HealthyWage as extra motivation to get to my fitness goals before my exams! Boyfriend has been super supportive and loving. Don’t workout tonight or tomorrow and then I have a full lift schedule. More vitamins in the mail. :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::call_me_hand::ok_hand:

Lost 3 pounds on day 3 now, usually I have lost more, but I’m not dwelling on it. I have been doing ALOT of lifting and want to keep the mentality of “muscle weights more than fat”

So, day 4 and down 6 pounds total. Bit of a headache and a smidge nauseous. But, I’m going to try a cup with some sea salt in it.

I was feeling INCREDIBLE, and then I accidentally ate a piece of cheese making my daughter breakfast, totally not like me. -.- if I break my fast I typically break the fast. Not going to dwell on it. Gonna fast along with Yasmin, reset my timer and move forward with my goals. I will accomplish them!! Failing FORWARD!

Honing in on 42 hours since the cheese slip up, massive headache, not hungry thou. Gonna drink some more water. I didnt have my vitamins because they mail was delayed and I am at work with no sea salt. Oh and my lady time came so I’m exhausted, sore and overall tired. I havent gotten much sleep but feel wide awake. Literally listening to my meditation and my eyes are wide open. Worked out legs, slow and steady, but definitely feel an electrolyte need. Long shift ahead of me. Not even intrested in the idea of food yet, just want my bed. :sob::sweat_smile::weary:

Alright, 62 hours in and my headache is gone, I feel my energy creeping back, helped I got some sleep today too. Down to 180 even. THAT MEANS I AM GONNA BE IN THE 170s BY THE END!! :muscle::sweat_drops::ok_hand: I am feeling motivated powerful, empty and shapely

Same weight at 85ish hours. Workouts are slow. Slow and heavy, that has been my goal. Spent an hour this morning and finishing up my week. I couldn’t yesterday because I didn’t have the car so make up workouts before rest days. Sore. When I workout I’m drenched. Feels very effective. I’m tired, but not in a terrible way. Ready for the weekend, worried about temptations but knowing I am getting to170 is a wonderful feeling. Truly. I’m getting there. I cried when I saw 180,like this is happening!! Discipline, dedication. I have this. Wore a hoodie today that ways loose, my mother told me it would never fit. I can do hard things. Dispite everything I was taught and treated. I can. And I will.

I know it has only been 5 hours since my last entry, not exactly daily for me, but by phases. I felt fine saying no to multiple food options from my peers this evening. I did so confidently, but then, rather suddenly, I was hungry. I kept myself busy until after everything other than the gas station was closed. After I knew my mind wouldn’t wander into the grocery store, I went and got a safe drink and lots more of my favorite water. Overcame tonight. I feel proud, and even more proud to say, that wave has passed. Onward to hour 90!
