Hiii Guyyys! Sorry I’ve been quiet for a few days but that’s because I’ve been crazy busy with work!

Day 9 drank a cup of bone broth and took some tums I couldn’t take the acid burning my throat it’s been horrible but I’m okay with altering the fast according to my body’s needs :heart:

I’m in started fasting on 1/17 and I weighed 207.6. I want to stop on 1/31, that’s 15 days. Just drinking water. I gave up coffee three weeks ago.

  1. Lose 87 pounds!
  2. Work out 30 minutes a day, except Sunday.
  3. Read one chapter of the Bible a day and read one chapter in a book a day.

I feel so mortified for just coming now. I won’t blame it on my exams or whatevah, it won’t disregard the fact that it was my choice to ruin myself afterall. However, I’ll just see the silver lining that it’s better late than never. I live in Doha, Qatar btw and I know it would be really hard to resist all those fast foods and sweet dairies. But as my Grade 8 teacher said, patience is bitter but the fruit is sweet. Oops I’m talking a lot right now anyways I’m going to start the warm up 3 days Keto OMAD to ready my body for a 7 days water fast, the longest I had was 7 & 1/2 days last year, and I literally gained all the weight again now, yeah I know I’m the worst. But I’m trying hard, the hardest thing is fighting against yourself but I can’t forever stay this way. If I need to fight against myself so be it! Get ready y’all whose been belittling me,especially myself. I have, I should, and I need to do this!!! :black_heart:

Let your distractors be your motivators. Keep it frozen. People know that we are fasting will put food in our face and eat it right in our face. They do this because they just don’t see why you do what you do, so they do these these things all the time. They want you to go back to your old self and look like your old self, something they are comfortable with. They may not like the new you, your new look, the weight lost, the new clothes that fit good and how good you look after doing a prolong fast and your lifestyle change where you have lost all those unwanted pounds and now at your ideal weight.

This is not a diet. If you think of a water only fast as a diet and have no reason other than to lose weight, you will fail. I have managed to keep unwanted pounds off. What are you doing after the water only fast. If you go back to your old ways and eat like all the people you are associate with and do not changed t mostly plants and continue drinking a lot of water, eliminated sugar and salty foods, then expect all the pounds to come back and more. You have to change your lifestyle. Do a water only fast every 3 months or every month for 6 days and you will develop your water fasting muscles and detox a the same time. You also need to exercise and sleep right and consume the right foods after the fast.
