🥶 is this normal?

I started fasting last night. My last meal was at 8 pm So I have I do have some few hours fasting 14 hours. I got a headache right now drinking some water with my Himalayan salt.
But i have a question? Is it normal to feel cold? I have the chills, is it too soon ?

Typical for me. Anything over 18 hours I get chilly until over day 4. 🤷

Yes it’s normal to feel cold! It has to do with your body increasing blood flow to the fat stores and basically moves fat to your muscles so your muscles can eat fat as fuel! It means your body is doing it’s job!!! When you feel cold, your fat is being eaten and utilized for it’s exact purpose!

I’ve started incorporating cold showers as well (per Wim Hof, “The Iceman”).

I get really cold too after about 18 hours. I’m ok again after I sleep, and don’t feel cold at 36 hours, just sluggish. That’s about as long as I fast though.
