Longest fast was 9 days i really struggle to stick to fasting and get started im considering dieting drinking only pepsi max and water 1 calorie a tin but obiously aspartme etc ive ead mixed reviews that these drinks spike insulin and kick you out of fat burning
That said i wohld still have very low caloric intake so i would assume i coukd still lose alot of fat if i drink a few tins of pepsi max a day ?
My main goal atm is weightloss but i hope i can do diet soda only instead of water i undersrand i wont be i ketosis bug surely i should stil burn alot of fat
