Intermittent fasting is not helping anymore

I have had a system of fasting for 16 hours after my night meal. Once a week i binge till 2 am, then i only have fruits the next evening. Once a week i have a 24 hour fast and once a month i have a 36 hour fast. And i run 3 times a week

In 2020 i lost 19 kilos in 6 months, following the above lifestyle with food, fried snacks, wafter, alcohol, chocolates. Life was great.

Now since a year my body has stopped reacting to IMF. i follow the same fasting plan but my weight has creeped up by 10 kilos

Any suggestions what i should do now

Changing the kinds of foods you eat and increasing your fasting window might help. Before i used to be able to fast and still eat junk and processed food but lately i’ve noticed my weight stall using that method. :laughing: this lifestyle is trial and error so test out different fasting variations.
