@Van the avocado I had yesterday wasn’t ripe enough!
I bought them a week ago.
I’m thinking the ones I have now with be perfectly ripe by next weekend. They are organic and those seem to go slower. They had sat out for 4-5 days and then I put them in the fridge. 2 were ripe on Friday.
I have too much fresh food that I won’t get through today. May have to pass some off to a neighbor.
Going for the full 5 days this week!
Getting too full on these refeed days. Most is soup broth, or watermelon.
Didn’t restrict my eating window and was up till 3:30 in the morning watching a show.
Back up to 202.5. definitely feeling bloated and will be ready to resume fasting with open arms tonight.
Will be paying attention to the keto headache and how long that takes to flip back out of this week. I felt great last Thursday and want to feel that ASAP. I may have to keto on the refeed if that transition annoys me too much.
Lots of thoughts and more research needed.
My biggest concern is making sure my immune system can handle if I came in contact with virus. Why Im trying to get as many nutrients in during refeed days.
My new collagen broth from the chicken feet came out beautiful. It’s frozen and have enough for 6 weekends minimal.
Provided we don’t have any hurricane issues, I’ll continue fasting.
