I’m on refeed this weekend. If it got bad I’d extend my refeed a couple Xtra days and suck it up later.

Hopefully we don’t lose power or if we do it is brief.

Got lots of bottle water, and found some really neato new wraps to try.

I got the cheddar ones. There’s a parmasean too. Will try crepes another day.

I have an evil plan already tomorrow.

Making a fried bologna sandwich with American, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and roasted jalepeno mayo on that cheddar wrap. I am druling thinking about it.

And then make some chips for Sunday and do a Mexican thing.

Getting ready to prepare my Friday refeed which has been pretty standard.

Bone broth soup with mushrooms Napa and ginger. Avocado, olives, kimchi, and watermelon.

3 hours left!

Next week goal will be 184 unless I weigh less tomorrow morning.

I eat cauliflower thins a lot; I really like them for sandwiches or even with some eggs for breakfast. I’ll have to look for the cheese wraps. I’m happy to eat anything made of cheese.

Have an issue with my car to get resolved.

Still very full from last night. Have a plan for 2 meals today and will just make small portions I guess.

You can make your own cauliflower powder. Buy riced cauliflower or rice a couple heads of cauli by hand or in the food processor. Spread it out on some parchment paper and dehydrate it in a food dehydrator if you have one or in the oven. Dehydrate for about 8 hours at 125-140 degrees. Grind the dried cauli it in a coffee grinder. 2 lbs of cauliflower makes about 1/2 cup of cauliflower flour (cauliflour).

So I roasted a jalepeno in the toaster oven. Peeled the skin, took the seeds out, and chopped up into mayonnaise. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour.

Took out the cheese tortilla - which is really all cheese. Lettuce, tomato, onion, the new mayo and a few slices of fried bologna. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Delish, but it’s 4 tortillas for like $6.

I’ll use American and some kind of carb friendly bread I think next time.

I think the cheese will be better off baked up as a Mexican salad bowl or cheese chips for salsa. I’ll be trying something tomorrow like that.

Flipping hurricane hitting mid to late Sunday. Projected to come right over me in the barrier islands. I’m feeling a bit PMS and may have have to extend my refeed an extra day. It can get loud with stuff blowing around and is enough stress and I might need cocktails to calm me. :rofl:

Got the car fixed. Break lights were draining the battery and weren’t turning off.

Pulling in my patio furniture tonight. It’s actually beautiful outside atm. tomorrow will be raining and nasty and won’t be able to step outside. We have a lot of coconut trees that will be catapulting.

Ok, making a cocktail now just thinking about it.

Feeling full, but feel like I’m needing more nutrition? I got a craving for a glass of milk which typically is a time of month thing. I have symptoms as well and thinking I may need another day and just do 4 days this week.

Not craving super Carby things like pasta or potato. Green curry is more like it. Like the soup with chicken. Haven’t had green curry chicken soup in months since lockdown.

Hmmmm.

It might be wise to take an extra day for some more nutrition if your body wants it…and I’d need a drink during a hurricane, too.

That was a total dress rehearsal as nothing happened.

I definitely have some hormones going whack as I napped all day yesterday and I just want to sleep all this morning.

I stopped eating yesterday. I was busting at the seams full yet hungry at the same time. It has subsided a bit today.

That weird either organ or muscle pain is back. I had a bad snack. It was very carby and may be sparking it. Not sure what it is but didn’t have issues last weekend. Will plan for an extremely clean refeed next weekend.

Putting myself on double secret probation.

Resumed 10 pm last night and going 90 hours or Friday till 4pm.

So unmotivated. I really hope this is just hormones affecting my mood right now.

Going to drink tons of water today and flush myself out.

Also contemplating putting a blog together. It can be a lot more work than people realize.

Hopefully I resume in a better mood in the next few hours.

Might need to do an arts and crafts project and stick up a vision board.

Easing back in.

Had a meal this evening and plans for a light lunch tomorrow and then resume tomorrow night for an undetermined time. Will decide by tomorrow.

Lots of BS happening around me and thinking about my sister and family who are all passed.

I guess it’s maybe expected those thoughts would creep back at some time but I’m ready to release them again.

I really have to be here for me.

February is a ways off still but this weight isn’t going to magically go on its own.

Feeling back to my happier self today.

Last night did some new shelf assembly and very excited over some minor renovations in my apartment.

Had a SF jello last night. Otherwise I didn’t eat after the salad and soup lunch yesterday.

And having a coffee with cream this morning. Keeping it low carb keto. Not planning on any actual meals today.

Very shocked I’ve not had any pasta or bread in retrospect.

Something had a feast on the back of my leg last night. Hope it enjoyed me. :rofl:

Having the coffee as I need the extra kickstart this morning as I have a lot of things to move around. Maybe borrowing someone’s yard to do a sale this weekend or next and there’s a ton of things to sort through.

Debating on Omad with one hour windows or OMEOD for a stint. I like the longer fasts but feel like my body is struggling to keep up. Like this has been a settle down and let it sink in kind of week.

I’ll be diving back into some calorie (carb) counting.

I keep reminding myself of the progress and that I’m still well under 200.

Happy that I’m drinking a lot more water daily.

So, I’d like to hold steady a bit longer and devise a new plan. It’s like I teleported myself to a new dimension but all the particles have not fully transported yet. The fat ones can stay in the past.

Going to sort my mind in the background while I sort my physical apartment out today.

I understand. I have been on my P for 2 weeks, before that I was on for 6 weeks. Just wanted to cheer you up, it could be worse🧐
I am always on it seems and only have a week’s or 2 break, then I’m on indefinitely. I am 44 and this has been going on for years now.

Back on the downswing.

Going to have my coffee with cream this morning.

I wasn’t hungry the whole day yesterday. And today I am feeling full as well.

I did have cocktails last night while I was chatting with a friend on the phone. It was like being out at a bar.

I don’t have plans for any meals today but that may change later. Still not fully decided on the next plan of attack. I am however very happy to see the scale going back down again.

Theres taurine in there and it makes me very hyper.

So that was Friday, Saturday I had a bag of steamed Brussels with parm cheese and butter, and yesterday I feasted as friends came to visit and it gave me the opportunity to cook a couple of things. Had cocktails again. Bacon wrapped jalapeno, cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, ribs, and a few bites of store bought macaroni salad (neighbor picked that one). Ate that Cadbury egg out of my fridge last night :rofl:. Wasn’t even hungry at that point but felt compelled to get rid of it.

This morning I’m back down to 189.5!

Fasting this week with a slight dirty protocol.

Will stick to water for the most part.

Going to be taking some supplements this week as well. Makes me feel more confident with silly virus still around.

Out of black and green tea bags so shopping for those today.

I don’t think I can do 5:2 fasting…Mon-Fri fast, weekends OMAD. I will just do these longer extended fasts, until I am close to my goal weight, then I will do 48 hour fasts, and one refeed, until I get to my goal. Afterwards, I will do OMAD, because that is just easy, and not a biggie, and once a week, a 48 hour, as a way of life. I am 62 years old, so it is not like I need a lot of food.
I miss cream in my morning coffee. I might do that, later, after these extended fasts, as the cream does blunt hunger, doesn’t it? Slow and steady, we will reach our goals!

I was down at the neighbor apartment last night and there was some salad left over I knew he wasn’t going to finish (from friends visiting) so I had that last night with some roasted chicken. Very clean meal. It was a very low calorie low carb day.

Did my coffee with cream this morning and back to just water and ice tea for today. Going for a full Fasting day.

Scale held steady at 189.5 again this morning. Looks like OMAD would help me maintain at this point.

Really pleased about that and my head is wanting to have another catapult forward. Going to focus on fasting better the next couple of days.

This is size 14 new (out of season) shorts that just came in the mail. Just tried them on. They have a little cotton rayon poly spandex blend. Snug but was shocked to button! I may pin them to the wall. Another mere 10-15 lbs and they will be there. The shorts I’m in now are stretched out 16’s and not sure how much life they have left.

But as anyone can see it’s the belly still there.

It used to feel like I was drowning in it up past the beginning of my rib cage but now I’m beginning to feel a flattening on the ribs and stuff is shifting around.
