Ideas for healthy soup omad

Hi all,

I need to be organised with my meals otherwise I just can’t do it and i will get too hungry and then just like binge on something! So I need to plan my meals. Anyone else in the same boat. Am thinking some soup ideas would be great and drink ideas. I really appreciate my cocoa but that has a very high level of phytic acid! I am fasting but I have soups once a day.

So anyone can suggest detox soups for the week and detox drinks that taste nice. Please any nice drink that you can look forward to and a tasty soup would be so helpful?
