I want to start my water fast next week but, I need a complete break down on how to go about it.

How to water fast?
Have you fasted before? If so, what type of fasting? Have you done Intermittent Fasting or OMAD before?
The reason I’m asking is because everyone always builds up their “fasting muscle” over a period of time. Fasting by its nature is stressful to the body so you don’t want to overdo it.

Biggest tip:
- Start with intermittent fasting then work your way up to OMAD (one meal a day) 23 hours fasting and 1 big meal. Then work your way to mini 36-48-72 hour fasts
