How do you keep the weight off during Refeed?
- YOU NEED TO MAKE A PLAN
- WRITE YOUR PLAN DOWN BEFORE YOU EAT
- CHECK THE FOOD OFF
- READ THE GUIDELINES
- DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING THAT IS OFF PLAN
- PRACTICE SELF-CONTROL
The fast is hard, but the refeed is HARDER & it’s the most important part.
This is why I have new worksheets for you guys.
YOU MUST FILL THEM OUT BEFORE REFEEDING!
FAILING TO PLAN = PLANNING TO FAIL
Don’t go into refeed arbitrarily just assuming you’ll “eat healthy” you legitimately need to plan ahead and write it down. I’ve said this many times.
If you don’t write it down and make a plan, you will end up overeating because your brain will be excited to try all the flavours…
